MOVEMENT
The human body is built to move. For us to maintain movement, we require the right direction and then action! We will rediscover exercise through a new lens that improves mobility, stability, strength, and awareness through human movement based activity. Moving more will improve our lifestyle exponentially. Lets keep it as simple as you’d like!
NOURISHMENT
It is important that we simplify nourishment by being brilliant with the basics, hydration, and understanding where our fuel comes from. Making small changes to our daily menu can be difficult, but as long as we meet ourselves where we stand, we’ll continue rewarding every small win on remembering the journey ahead.
MINDFULNESS
Being mindful takes work. Thankfully we have so many accessible avenues to explore. With Mobile Movement, Breath-work is at the top of the totem pole for optimizing both physical and mental health. Be prepared to learn more about clearing your mind when it becomes full. Being mindful is difficult when your mind is full! Each member of the community will have FREE access to learn ‘Harnessing the power of 3D breathing’

As a student through Chicago’s Institute for Integrative Health and Fitness Education, Jehad specializes in assisting the aging adult through redeveloping an optimal foundation that stems from breath.
