Outside of work as a personal trainer I enjoy my free time experimenting new recipes while getting more comfortable in the kitchen. I also love hiking and an occasional birdie putt on the golf course.

These expressions have always been ways to keep me connected which is how Mobile Movement came to be.

After working in different establishments and seeing a lack of personal connection I wanted to offer a practice that's convenient, independent, and sustainable. Mobile Movement provides a lifestyle approach that exercises both the body and the brain. As a movement based coach, I guide my clients journeys through breath-work and human movement. This improves long term strength and keeps us connected for day to day needs.
